Million for Mental Health

This year alone, it will cost us $1M to operate Behind You, our mental health program, in 10 states plus D.C. Join us in raising a “Million for Mental Health”—and letting the F+B community know we’re behind them. Every donation leads to the kinds of conversation, clarity, and relief that help a vital industry refill its cup.

Since Behind You launched in 2020, we have provided access to more than 5,300 counseling sessions at no cost for F+B workers, and we're not hanging up our apron now. We’re calling our SSF family of supporters to help us continue to provide food and beverage (F+B) workers across the country access to no-cost counseling.
